Responsibilities

• Tackle complex customer experience challenges using frontend engineering
• Collaborate with web developers to design and enhance frontend frameworks and components
• Design and implement scalable frontend architectures and patterns
• Define coding standards and best practices to improve code quality
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and frontend developer workflows
• Write and enhance unit tests for new features
• Lead development of complex features from concept through launch
• Partner across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience at web scale
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies, including React and TypeScript, plus state management (e.g., Context / Redux)
• Experience with Next.js, including SSR and SSG, and performance optimizations
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and web standards
• Collaboration experience with REST APIs and 3rd-party SDK integrations
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and foster a productive culture
• Effective communication in remote settings
