Role overview

Sr. Software Engineer – Engineering Tools, based in the United States. You will build and maintain engineering productivity and quality tooling, including scalable test automation infrastructure, performance testing systems, and CI/CD stability improvements. The role also involves driving next-generation AI-powered (agentic) automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and internal engineering tools to improve developer productivity and software quality.
• Develop and execute performance testing strategies to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Stabilize and optimize CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Drive AI-powered/agentic automation across internal tools and vendor ecosystems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and design to support high-quality feature delivery.
• Continuously evolve automation practices and frameworks with other QA/automation engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering and/or test automation experience in production environments.
• Strong automation framework experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Behave.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with performance testing and engineering reliability practices.
• Exposure to AI-driven/agentic tools (e.g., Claude, Codex or similar).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals; able to contribute across the stack when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proactive, quality- and continuous-improvement mindset; excellent cross-functional collaboration.
