Sr Sitecore Front End Web Developer - Publix.com

Role Overview

Join Publix’s Technology team as a Sr Sitecore Front End Web Developer. You’ll be part of an agile team responsible for building and evolving Publix.com features using Sitecore CMS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web solutions using Sitecore CMS
• Build and maintain customer-facing web solutions for Publix.com
• Participate in Agile/Scrum events and architecture/design discussions
• Conduct and support code reviews (provide feedback)
• Write unit tests and maintain high code quality
• When needed, lead engineering initiatives
• Maintain, improve, and document systems
• Provide after-hours support for systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years designing, developing, and supporting customer-facing e-commerce websites and APIs
• 5+ years with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• 3+ years developing websites with Sitecore CMS
• 3+ years developing with .NET and C#
• 3+ years developing websites using front-end JavaScript frameworks
• 1+ years working in Agile with Scrum

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Git and Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Experience with unit testing and automation frameworks
• Background in scalability/performance tuning
• Experience with analytics, feature flags, and experimentation tools such as:
  • Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Adobe Analytics
• Experience meeting WCAG/ADA accessibility compliance
• Experience with PowerShell

• Fully remote available only if you reside in: GA, AL, TN, SC, NC, VA, KY
• If you reside in FL, the model is hybrid in Lakeland, FL
