About the role

Role Overview

Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) supporting a live, scaling iGaming platform in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the senior subject matter expert for one or more domains (e.g., Payments/Wallet, Platform, Compliance/Security, Player Account, Promotions).
Provide expert guidance to engineering and product teams; influence architecture and design decisions.
Recommend improvements for scalability, performance, reliability, and operational readiness.
Partner with application teams on solution design and delivery, ensuring clean integrations with enterprise infrastructure and third-party vendors (e.g., payment processors, KYC, fraud, analytics).
Lead requirements discovery and validation with business stakeholders, BAs, and user communities; translate business goals into technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
Own and maintain documentation including requirements, system design, workflows, operational runbooks, and implementation decisions for continuity and auditability.

Requirements

Senior-level subject matter expertise across SRE-related domains.
Ability to guide teams through the full project lifecycle to deliver applications and platform capabilities.
Strong technical decision-making and ability to collaborate across engineering and product.
Experience ensuring third-party and enterprise integrations work reliably.
