Sr. Scrum Master-Integrations - Remote

Role Overview

Sr. Scrum Master – Integrations (Remote) at UNFI. This hybrid position operates 50% as an Integration Scrum Master and 50% as an Integrations Business Analyst. You will coordinate and monitor the integration platform scrum process to deliver value quickly, improve team efficiency, and support cross-functional teams across iPaaS and legacy integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery by defining sprint scope, keeping the team aware of progress, and ensuring completion of planned work.
• Maintain and track integration metrics such as:
  • Velocity
  • Sprint burn-down
  • Release progress
  • Integration project health
• Coordinate integration activities across the lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, requirements gathering, and status reporting.
• Ensure alignment with integration governance, standards, and release management processes.
• Lead agile collaboration: facilitate discussions, support decision-making, and resolve conflicts.
• Enable self-organization by helping the team optimize how they work (including process improvement in Agile/Scrum frameworks).
• Remove impediments by engaging the right personnel to take action.
• Coach teams and the organization on Agile/Scrum practices, including providing process training as needed.
• Assess Scrum maturity and coach toward higher maturity levels using relevant agile metrics.
• Create a safe, trust-based environment focused on healing and problem-solving.
• Improve transparency and communications across internal/external stakeholders.
• Partner with the IT Product Manager on backlog management:
  • help with grooming and maintaining the product backlog
  • establish working agreements and sprint plans
  • refine the backlog iteratively
  • support sprint planning and release planning
• Support clear story writing and backlog grooming with the scrum team.

Key Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work across business processes and understand integration patterns.
• Skills in both agile facilitation and detailed requirements documentation.
• Familiarity with integration program delivery, including requirements through deployment and status reporting.
