Sr. Project Manager

Role Overview

Senior Project Manager to support a portfolio and transformation team for a home healthcare organization. The role will manage the onboarding and implementation of a new EMR system for the hospice practice area, from SOW finalization through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support finalization of the EMR implementation Statement of Work (SOW) and onboarding process.
• Assist with SOW negotiations and then lead the EMR implementation end-to-end (inception through deployment).
• Partner closely with the Hospice practice area to ensure alignment, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Hold the EMR vendor accountable to agreed-upon timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure data migration and system integrations.
• Maintain and apply change management practices throughout the implementation.
• Operate as a self-starter: work independently and confidently manage stakeholders, including pushing back when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of project management experience
• End-to-end EMR implementation experience
• Expert proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile environments

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of change management practices

Compensation & Benefits

• Stated rate: $75/hr (final compensation may vary by skills, experience, and education)
