Role Overview
Senior Program Manager (Remote) will lead critical, enterprise-wide initiatives impacting multiple business units. The role turns strategic goals into actionable plans using a centralized execution approach, partnering with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead programs and complex projects end-to-end (initiation through deployment)
- Build, motivate, and support project teams to achieve delivery goals
- Create detailed project plans and estimates across all phases
- Own communication and operational reviews for portfolio/program/project activities
- Collaborate with resource managers to secure appropriate project resources
- Gather detailed requirements and define success criteria to ensure accurate scope
- Track project outcomes, including risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Provide regular status updates on milestones and critical path items
Requirements
- 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience
- Proven experience delivering product/services from concept to launch
- Familiarity with multiple methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, SDLC)
- Strong leadership and ability to motivate across organizational levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written/verbal/presentation communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with project management tools/software
