About the role

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager for the US (Remote). You will lead product for a team inside the Flagship Group to accelerate Luxury Presence’s shift to an AI-powered platform for real estate growth.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap to increase customer value, raise quality, and remove friction across Presence
Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans with value, scope, milestones, and metrics
Run customer and internal discovery; validate problems and de-risk solutions early
Write clear PRDs, roadmaps, and decision docs to align stakeholders
Sequence work for iterative delivery and fast learning
Collaborate with Design and AI-equipped Engineering to ship reliable, intuitive experiences
Define and analyze success metrics to evaluate impact and guide future work

Requirements

5+ years in product management, including 2–3 years leading large, complex initiatives (0→1 or major revamps)
Startup mindset: thrives in ambiguity, identifies MVP, balances speed with quality
Experience building AI-powered products (agentic workflows, LLM selection, prompt creation, evaluation suites)
Strong communicator and collaborator who drives clarity and cross-functional buy-in
High attention to quality and user experience details
Fluent with AI tools to multiply impact
