Role Overview
Sr. Product Manager – Payments (Vantaca Pay) Own the end-to-end strategy and growth of Vantaca Pay, Vantaca’s embedded payments platform, driving digital payment adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Key Objectives (OKRs)
- Increase homeowner monetization rate by 2x+ via conversion of offline check payers
- Drive product differentiation with 95%+ attach rate and 100% back-book customer conversion
- Improve take rate by increasing card adoption as a % of total payments by 10%+
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the Vantaca Pay product roadmap, balancing near-term adoption with a long-term payments ecosystem vision
- Maintain and ensure payments compliance as the business scales
- Optimize the end-to-end payment flow (e.g., authorization, fraud, take rates)
- Own homeowner-facing payment experiences across modalities, including:
- QR codes
- magic links
- SMS reminders
- push notifications
- Design and run experiments to improve digital payment conversion using Pendo and LaunchDarkly
- Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market to connect product decisions to outcomes
- Define and track KPIs tied to roadmap execution and business metrics (e.g., conversion, attach, take, payment volume)
