Role Overview

Sr. Product Manager for Merchant Tooling / UI Platform at Narvar. You’ll lead the UI Platform and Merchant Tools charter, defining and executing a high-leverage strategy that improves developer velocity, customer satisfaction, and tool adoption.

Team / Scope

The UI Platform team builds foundational frontend infrastructure and merchant-facing tools used across Narvar’s most critical experiences. Responsibilities span developer frameworks, design systems, configuration tooling, onboarding workflows, and intelligent content management.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the UI platform and merchant tooling strategy with Engineering, Design, and Product
Drive adoption of frontend frameworks and design systems to improve development speed and reduce inconsistency
Deliver high-impact customer-facing merchant tools (onboarding, growth flows, experience design systems, experimentation tools) that scale globally
Embed AI-native capabilities and agentic workflows into merchant experiences to improve efficiency and decision-making
Champion customer obsession via direct research, behavioral analytics, and iteration based on real usage data
Track and prioritize measurable outcomes across adoption, performance, and customer value metrics

Qualifications

5–8+ years of product management experience in frontend platforms or customer tools in high-scale SaaS
Experience building and delivering core frontend frameworks such as design systems, microfrontends, content management/delivery, and open-source tools
Proven track record driving internal and customer adoption, leading multiple engineering and customer teams
Experience supporting large global enterprise customers, including meeting key regulatory/accessibility/compliance needs, especially in EMEA
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) and UX architecture best practices
Background in retail tech, commerce platforms, or digital merchant tools strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (advanced degree a plus)
