Sr Product Manager

Role: Sr Product Manager

Own product strategy and execution for a meaningful product surface area, partnering cross-functionally to deliver accurate, timely, and transparent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vision and strategy for your product area; define outcomes and set a clear, opinionated direction.
• Lead the roadmap for a dedicated engineering team; deliver a strong customer experience while meeting business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Define and measure success: set goals, quantify business impact, and track/report progress weekly and monthly.
• Create enabling artifacts that help engineering deliver high-quality work on time.
• Partner across teams including Engineering, Design, Operations, Revenue, Customer Success, and Compliance to deliver an end-to-end platform experience.
• Drive decisions with data: analyze data from first principles, validate assumptions, and choose between tradeoffs.
• Communicate precisely with internal and external stakeholders; negotiate timelines and manage tradeoffs.

AI-Augmented Product Building (How You Work)

• Prototype rapidly and use Figma and AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar) to explore, validate, and demonstrate ideas.
• Use AI to reduce busywork in research synthesis, requirements drafting, and data exploration/analysis.
• Build AI into the product by identifying where copilots/agents/automation improve customer experience and partnering with engineering on behavior across edge cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including owning a roadmap for a dedicated engineering team in a technical product area.
• AI fluency: hands-on experience using AI tools to change how you work (not just as a chatbot).
• Comfort with vibe-coding front-end and UX changes personally; can share prototypes/interfaces.
• Strong plus: experience with financial or other regulated products.

• Experience in the financial services space or other regulated product domains.
