Sr Product Manager (MarTech)
Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for customer experience and marketing technology solutions built on the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Product Execution & Delivery (60%)
- Lead Discovery workshops using structured discovery methods and synthesize/quantify customer feedback
- Write requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
- Lead internal/external meetings and refinement discussions as the product expert
- Own feature requirements and drive projects forward by tracking strategy and requirement-gathering sessions
- Manage scope and emergent requirements with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Make decisions on impactful vs. urgent problems with minimal guidance
- Understand technical/design trade-offs and find solutions balancing speed and quality
Customer Insight (~15%)
- Be a strong advocate for users and help iterate quickly to realize value
- Formulate the right business questions, then use data to support decisions
- Connect outcomes to key metrics that matter to the business
Product Strategy (~10%)
- Align roadmap decisions to the client’s business strategy
- Communicate how delivery ties to strategy and influence the roadmap through day-to-day execution
Influencing People (~15%)
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and influence outcomes
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce security best practices (acceptable use, malware protection, password security)
- Identify, assess, and report security risks and their impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability
- Evaluate data storage/processing/transmission and ensure compliance with privacy/security standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Integrate data protection measures across the information lifecycle
