Sr. Product Manager

Role Overview

Bloomerang is hiring a Senior Product Manager to build products for a specific nonprofit persona or problem space. The role focuses on deep customer understanding and fast iteration—from insight to prototype to shipped product—while delivering meaningful outcomes rather than managing backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for a customer persona, including product strategy, prioritization, and measurable customer impact.
• Stay close to customers through recurring conversations, workflow observation, and behavior analysis.
• Identify problems worth solving by separating signal from noise, framing opportunities, surfacing tradeoffs, and making strong investment recommendations.
• Build, prototype, and experiment quickly using hypotheses to drive evidence (prototypes, workflows, mockups, demos, lightweight solutions).
• Deliver outcomes, not features by partnering cross-functionally and measuring results after launch.
• Operate as an AI-Native Product Manager, using modern AI tools fluently and identifying where AI, automation, and agentic experiences create real customer value.

Requirements

• Strong product builder mindset: curious, creator, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Ability to turn ideas into reality and learn by doing.
• Experience with rapid experimentation and validating ideas with real users.
• AI-native product capability: using AI for product development beyond content generation/data synthesis.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience partnering across Engineering, Design, Data, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Support.
• Demonstrated ability to define success metrics and continuously improve post-launch.
