Sr. Product Designer

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Jerry, you will help shape how millions of people interact with the company’s core products. You’ll translate complex problems and data into clear, intuitive, and visually polished experiences, owning design end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMs and engineers to define user problems, simplify data-heavy experiences, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Own end-to-end design work:
  • Map user flows
  • Create wireframes (low- and high-fidelity)
  • Build prototypes and produce final UI
• Lead UX explorations for complex problems and structure workflows that make car ownership feel simple and intuitive.
• Use research, analytics, and experimentation to inform decisions and validate designs.
• Collaborate with other designers to evolve Jerry’s design system across mobile and web.
• Thoughtfully apply AI to improve clarity, personalization, and automation.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, data-informed decision making, and clean, intuitive UI design.
• 5+ years designing consumer-facing mobile or web products (agency or in-house).
• Ability to translate complex data and product requirements into simple, elegant workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating with PMs and engineers; can scope, prioritize, and iterate quickly.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with rapid prototyping tools.
• Understanding of design systems and how to use or evolve them.
• Strong communication skills; can clearly articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketplaces, fintech, insurance, or mobility.
