Sr Product Designer - Fintech (100% Remote - USA)

Role overview

Senior Product Designer to join Hopper’s rapidly scaling fintech team (100% remote in the USA). You’ll design end-to-end web experiences and help scale successful fintech products, including creating new products to solve customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end web design: from concept through launch
• Conduct customer interviews and usability tests
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate and iterate (track behavior, analyze metrics, run experiments)
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and ship features
• Create simple, logical experiences for complex workflows; balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Make smart tradeoffs across speed, learning, and competing priorities
• Lead design reviews with external partners and build clear cases for design decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years designing modern digital products (strong portfolio focused on end-to-end web design)
• Proven ability to deliver 0-to-1 experiences from concept to launch
• Experience working in agile settings with product and engineering; can articulate design rationale and assess technical feasibility
• Data-driven judgment grounded in research, testing, and metrics; comfortable prioritizing and making tradeoffs
• Thrives in ambiguity and can move quickly while maintaining quality

• Experience with AI tooling for rapid prototyping, specifically: Figma Make, Lovable, and Cursor
