Sr Product Designer - Fintech (100% Remote - USA)

Role Overview

Join Hopper’s rapidly scaling Fintech team as a Senior Product Designer. You’ll help scale successful fintech products across new sales channels and build new customer-facing experiences by partnering closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end web experiences, owning the process from concept through launch
• Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, then use qualitative feedback + quantitative data to validate and iterate
  • Track customer behavior, analyze metrics, and run experiments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, explore solutions, and ship features
• Create simple, logical experiences for complex workflows; manage tradeoffs across customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Lead design reviews with external partners and build strong cases for design decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years designing modern digital products with a strong portfolio focused on end-to-end web design
• Proven ability to design 0-to-1 experiences from concept to launch
• Strong collaboration with product and engineering teams in agile environments; clearly articulate design rationale and assess technical feasibility
• Data-driven decision making grounded in research, testing, and metrics
• Thrives in ambiguity, can move quickly without sacrificing quality, and balances multiple priorities

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI tooling for rapid prototyping, such as Figma Make, Lovable, and Cursor
