About the role

Role Overview

As Sr. Product Designer specializing in the referring physician experience, you will shape how physicians and their staff order, consume, and interpret complex coronary analytics. You’ll partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Commercial/BI teams to turn complex metrics into intuitive, scalable dashboards and software.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Design: Own the full design lifecycle for the referring physician experience, from discovery through launch, including deadline management and stakeholder alignment.
Outcome-Driven Design: Deliver measurable improvements by reducing operational friction through efficient, scalable, and error-minimized workflows.
Design Craft & System Stewardship: Apply strong information design to maintain and improve design systems and reusable patterns.

Requirements

Senior-level product design experience focused on complex, data-driven workflows and experiences.
Ability to operate with high autonomy and translate constraints into feasible, high-quality user experiences.
Collaboration across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Commercial/BI).

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom.
