About the role

Role Overview

The Sr Product Compliance Analyst will strengthen compliance programs for healthcare-related products and services. The role combines regulatory expertise, risk management, operational analysis, and strategic partnerships to ensure solutions meet evolving legal and industry requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve product compliance programs (policies, procedures, training, monitoring, and reporting).
  • Apply advanced regulatory judgment to complex compliance matters, including investigations and escalations.
  • Perform compliance reviews, testing, monitoring, and investigations to identify control gaps and support corrective/preventive actions.
  • Provide compliance support across operational areas such as:
    • regulatory reporting
    • compliance change management
    • complaint investigation processes
  • Use AI-enabled tools and automation to improve compliance documentation, analysis, efficiency, and scalability (while maintaining accountability).
  • Partner with internal teams to integrate compliance requirements into strategic initiatives, operational changes, and third-party relationships.
  • Prepare compliance reports, leadership briefings, regulatory documentation, and executive-level summaries.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
  • Contribute to compliance roadmaps using data analysis, trend identification, and risk insights.
  • Support knowledge sharing, quality standards, and continuous improvement across compliance functions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, governance, insurance, audit, finance, or project management.
  • Ability to interpret regulations and influence business decisions.
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits compliance frameworks, including:
    • HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA
    • applicable federal and state regulations
  • Experience designing scalable, auditable compliance processes that balance regulatory and operational objectives.
  • Ability to use AI-enabled tools within compliance workflows while maintaining professional judgment.
  • Strong analytical skills for risk assessment, gap identification, and practical recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex compliance concepts to varied audiences.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
