About the role

Role Overview

Sr. Partner Operations Manager to support strategic external partnerships end-to-end, from implementation to long-term success. The role emphasizes operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and strong stakeholder relationship management in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operational execution for a portfolio of external partners (implementations, configurations, billing, integrations, reporting, and ongoing support).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding, project delivery, and fulfillment of partner commitments.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for partner stakeholders; resolve escalations and collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Sales, Data Operations, etc.).
  • Run regular business reviews (operational insights, performance updates, recommendations to strengthen partnerships).
  • Monitor operational performance, proactively identify risks, improve workflows, and help build scalable processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex partner/client operations, including billing, integrations, data exchanges, and implementations.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced settings while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize information and make sound operational decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management; demonstrated trust-building with external partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
