Sr Nodejs Developer

Role Overview

Senior Node.js Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications. You will work with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and improve platform performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable Node.js platform codebases using MVC and best practices
• Build and optimize web applications using React.js to improve UX and responsiveness
• Administer and optimize MySQL databases for high availability, performance, and data integrity
• Use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools to deploy, monitor, and scale applications
• Convert complex business requirements into technical implementations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines and client requirements
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control
• Participate in code reviews, meetings, and technical discussions

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development (backend-focused)
• 6+ years hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js
• 3+ years working with GCP (deployment, monitoring, scaling)
• Proficiency with MySQL administration, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and clear communication
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving requirements
