Sr. Manager of Product (Digital Health)

Lead the strategy, definition, and delivery of a digital health platform. Own the product roadmap across member-facing experiences, care navigation, and AI-powered health tools, translating clinical and business needs into compliant, scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap across one or more platform domains, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategy.
• Partner with engineering, design, clinical, and data teams to define, prioritize, and ship high-quality product experiences.
• Lead discovery: user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to understand member, provider, and client needs.
• Write and maintain PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable confident engineering execution.
• Translate healthcare workflows and compliance requirements into pragmatic feature definitions (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST).
• Define and track product success metrics (KPIs, instrumentation requirements, feedback loops).
• Align stakeholders on priorities, tradeoffs, and launch readiness.
• Champion AI-powered capabilities such as care navigation agents, member-facing assistants, and intelligent content delivery.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira; participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Lead content development and UX/UI teams.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, digital health, or healthcare technology.
• Ability to lead the full product lifecycle (discovery → delivery → iteration).
• Strong ability to write PRDs, define user stories, and operate within agile development frameworks.
• Experience working in regulated environments; knowledge of HIPAA and/or healthcare data privacy and/or health plan operations.
• Comfort with technical concepts (APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and AI/ML product capabilities) to collaborate credibly with engineering.
• Proven ability to influence without authority across engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira and Figma (and collaborative tools) in a remote-first environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to use them to accelerate product discovery and documentation.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in behavioral health, mental health, or whole-person care platforms.
