About the role

Role Overview

As Sr. Manager - North America Delivery at Ollion, you will own the health, growth, and excellence of the North America implementation organization. While Solutions Architects define the vision, you and your team own the execution—leading engineers and project staff who build, migrate, and run client environments, and ensuring smooth transitions into long-term managed operations.

Responsibilities

Lead North America delivery operations across ProServe and Managed Services business units
Direct leadership & personnel oversight for NA Delivery teams
Ensure implementation teams deliver architectural designs effectively
Drive delivery excellence and quality, including:
- Achieving regional billable utilization targets
- Maintaining elite delivery standards and strong delivery metrics
Own the operational path from initial migration and project delivery to ongoing managed operations

Requirements / Profile

Leadership experience managing delivery/implementation teams and project staff
Ability to maintain high technical standards while driving execution and operational continuity
Demonstrated accountability for utilization targets and delivery quality metrics

Nice-to-haves

Familiarity with cloud-native delivery and managed services environments
Experience working with architectures-to-execution delivery models (solutions vision to operational reality)
