About the role

Role overview

Senior creative leadership role responsible for defining and elevating how a global technology brand is expressed across every customer touchpoint. You will lead the creation of bold, modern, and scalable design systems that connect marketing strategy, product narratives, and brand storytelling across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of brand-forward creative concepts for integrated campaigns, product launches, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end visual design across channels such as:
    • Digital, social, web
    • Video, events
    • Paid media
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of brand, visual, and motion designers; build a high-performance creative culture.
  • Partner with marketing, product, strategy, copy, and production to translate business goals into impactful creative outputs.
  • Define, maintain, and evolve the brand identity system for consistency and scalable innovation.
  • Lead creative reviews; provide structured feedback and maintain high standards of craft and execution.
  • Present concepts and creative rationale to senior/executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners to extend creative capacity.
  • Use audience insights, performance data, and research to inform and optimize creative decisions.
  • Advocate for design-led thinking across the organization and influence strategy through strong creative vision.
  • Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in brand design, visual design, or creative direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring design/creative teams.
  • Strong portfolio showing brand systems, integrated campaigns, and storytelling for complex/technical products.
  • Deep expertise in visual design principles (typography, layout, motion, and digital-first experiences).
  • Ability to translate strategic/business objectives into scalable, high-quality creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with operational execution and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of brand governance and maintaining consistency across channels.

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology or enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
