About the role
Role Overview
Sr/Lead Product Manager for high-growth products in Generative AI and Healthcare. You will work across Qventus to discover, define, execute, and launch new products and features, and to improve existing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts to ship products that solve meaningful customer problems
- Discover and validate new product opportunities using deep understanding of users, market, technology, strategy, and data
- Define vision and strategy, problems to solve, and key solution requirements
- Drive product backlog and actively participate in design and software development
- Launch, iterate, and measure impact on users and business outcomes
- Build strong relationships with users and buyers and engage external thought leaders to inform product direction
Requirements
- Proven mastery across the full product lifecycle for enterprise products/solutions, with a track record of rapidly shipping impactful outcomes
- Strong ability to build products leveraging data, analytics, and AI / machine learning
- Demonstrated collaboration across functions in an enterprise SaaS healthcare environment (e.g., engineering, professional services, clinical operations)
- Ability to operate from high-level vision/evangelism down to detailed execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer/partner presence (including C-suite)
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fill gaps when needed
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations
- At least 5 years of product management experience with impactful shipping results

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $160,000–$195,000 USD
