Sr Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

Sr Full Stack Engineer to join a customer’s engineering team. You will design and develop new application features and maintain existing systems, focusing primarily on integrations with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain new application features while keeping existing functionality robust and well-tested.
• Write efficient, maintainable code and ensure comprehensive test coverage; collaborate with QA on testing and automated test execution.
• Co-deliver and validate integrated solutions with client and partner technology teams.
• Work in an Agile Scrum environment (sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews).
• Build a deep understanding of the customer’s software and contribute to code reviews and design discussions.
• Partner with Product, DevOps, and InfoSec to align delivery with business goals.

Required Technical Skills

• 6+ years with Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• 6+ years with PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases).
• Proven experience optimizing performance and scaling, including query optimization, indexing, and database performance tuning.
• Experience implementing/operating caching layers (e.g., Redis).
• API development and external system integrations.
• Experience in a cloud environment such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Understanding of GraphQL and/or REST API design.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture patterns (e.g., Kafka).

Nice to Have

• HL7 messaging and robotic process automation (RPA).
• Experience with Python.
