Sr. Full Stack Engineer (Python)

Role Overview

Terakeet is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Python) to build scalable, intuitive applications for global brands. You’ll work across the stack—creating front-end experiences, backend services/APIs, and data-oriented workflows—while contributing senior-level technical guidance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack solutions using modern front-end frameworks and robust backend services
• Build backend services and APIs with Python and enterprise-level frameworks, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Develop and evolve GraphQL APIs (schema design and resolver implementation)
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver data-driven user experiences
• Design and implement database schemas that are clean, performant, and scalable
• Maintain technical documentation (in-code comments, repository docs, architectural diagrams)
• Provide senior technical guidance and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Promote best practices in code quality, testing, and system design

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional full stack software development experience
• Strong backend experience with enterprise languages; preference for Python and Django
• Experience with modern JavaScript front-end frameworks; preference for Vue.js and Nuxt
• Deep experience designing/implementing GraphQL APIs end-to-end (schema → resolvers)
• Strong SQL skills for performant, scalable enterprise database schemas
• Proven experience producing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation
