Sr. Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

Senior Full Stack Engineer who will own and deliver product features end-to-end—from frontend experiences to backend services and APIs. You’ll work across areas including gameplay, wallets, payments, promotions, and player accounts, with a strong focus on speed, ownership, and production-quality engineering.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Feature Ownership: Own features from product/design discussions through implementation, release, and production support.
• Frontend Engineering:
  • Build and maintain user-facing web and mobile experiences with emphasis on UX, performance, and reliability.
  • Create complex UI flows integrating real-time and transactional data.
  • Ensure responsive, performant, and accessible experiences.
• Backend Engineering:
  • Design and build TypeScript + Node.js backend services (e.g., NestJS or Express).
  • Develop API-first, microservice-oriented systems that are modular, resilient, and independently deployable.
  • Build and maintain REST and/or GraphQL APIs for frontend and mobile customers.
  • Implement transactional, audit-friendly workflows for gameplay, wallets, bonuses, and settlements.
  • Integrate with third parties for payments, KYC/identity, fraud, and analytics.
• Quality, Security, and Operations:
  • Partner with QA/SDET to ensure strong test coverage (automated and manual).
  • Collaborate with AppSec and compliance to meet PCI and security expectations.
  • Design for traceability, data integrity, and operational observability.
  • Support production systems and participate in debugging and incident resolution.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with significant frontend and backend ownership.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience building and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Solid database skills, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience building/scaling consumer-facing production systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

Strongly Valued / Nice to Have

• Experience with transactional, audit-friendly systems.
• Background in payments, wallets, FinTech, gaming/casino, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, or mobile.
• Proven use of AI tooling to accelerate development and testing.
