Sr. Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

AmeriSave Mortgage is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for a remote position working from home. The role focuses on building and maintaining robust, scalable web applications across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Vue 3, Nuxt, and Node.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient TypeScript code
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance
• Implement and maintain data storage solutions using MS SQL and ensure data integrity
• Participate in code reviews and uphold code quality/best practices
• Build UI with HTML and CSS, including DOM manipulation for dynamic pages
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior
• Stay current on industry trends to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Proficient in Vue 3 and Nuxt (frontend)
• Strong experience with Node.js (backend)
• Expertise in TypeScript (frontend and backend)
• Solid understanding of MS SQL (design, querying, optimization)
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a remote environment

Additional Requirements (Remote)

• Must be able to work in the EST time zone
• High-speed internet with Cable/Fiber only and ability to connect via Ethernet
  • Minimum: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200–300/35–70 Mbps (shared), 500–1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other frontend frameworks/libraries
• Familiarity with Docker
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation range: $130,000–$150,000
