Sr. Frontend Engineer, tvScientific

Role Overview

Sr. Frontend Engineer working on tvScientific’s CTV-focused ad-buying platform within Pinterest. You’ll build and ship high-performing front-end features for a modern SPA product used by end users.

What You’ll Do

• Build efficient, high-performing front-end features in a modern SPA web framework
• Write clean, readable, fast, testable, documented code
• Deliver features to production
• Collaborate with internal/external teams and engineers to build a compelling, easy-to-use product
• Work in a small, informal remote team environment
• Ship frequently in a fast-paced agile environment with continuous deployment
• Mentor and support other frontend engineers

Requirements

• Production experience with JavaScript
• Production experience with React
• Production experience building Single Page Applications (SPAs)
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn/adapt to new technologies
• Strong drive to build reliable web applications (“done right the first time”)
• Ability to work under pressure and iterate quickly
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day workflow
• Strong track record of critical evaluation/verification of AI-assisted work (testing, source-checking, data validation, peer review)
• High integrity and ownership; protect sensitive data, avoid over-reliance on AI, and remain accountable

Nice-to-Haves

• Adtech experience
• Specific domain experience in CTV
• Experience with Material UI
• Experience with graphing libraries
• Understanding of AWS technologies
