Role Overview

Sr. Flutter Developer (Remote, W2 only)

You will develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, contributing across the full development lifecycle in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Build and enhance mobile applications with Flutter.
Participate in an Agile delivery process including defect tracking and trunk-based development.
Use CI/CD practices to support reliable releases.
Apply Object-Oriented Programming and design principles (e.g., SOLID).
Perform bug finding and root cause analysis.
Work with REST APIs.
Contribute experience integrating or working with Generative AI (as applicable to projects).

Requirements

5+ years as a software developer on a software development team.
4+ years developing mobile applications.
4+ years with Flutter.
Experience with commercially released mobile apps (at least 3).
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Knowledge of defect tracking, trunk-based development, and CI/CD.
Senior understanding of OOP and SOLID principles.
CSS, HTML, JavaScript experience.
Experience with REST.

Nice to Have / Additional Context

Ability to balance Flutter experience with native development or other hybrid frameworks (e.g., React Native, Ionic).
Experience working with Generative AI.
