Location: Remote (US) — must reside in an approved state (AZ, CA, CO, IN, MA, MN, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, WA)

Role Overview

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital products across multiple business and technology domains. Act as a key interface between business strategy and technology delivery, ensuring outcomes align with enterprise goals and customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Champion the vision for digital products and inspire teams to deliver solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between business and technology partners to turn strategy into scalable capabilities
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, delivering measurable results
• Create roadmaps by breaking down complex problems into actionable plans; maintain transparency and momentum across global projects
• Identify opportunities, remove obstacles, and accelerate progress so milestones deliver meaningful value
• Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and adapt to changing needs
• Drive continuous improvement, championing new technologies and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Product Owner certification (from PMP, Scrum, or similar)
• 8–12 years of functional management experience
• 5+ years of product owner and/or project management experience
• BSA/BA or requirements writing experience
• Proven system design and implementation experience, especially PLM systems (PTC Flex PLM required)
• Strong change management experience and ability to drive organizational adoption of new features/upgrades
• Familiarity with hybrid delivery methodologies and systems dependencies
• Experience with emerging technologies such as AI and automation
• Ability to provide clarity, structure, and measurable progress
