Role overview

You will be a Staff Product Designer on a mission-driven team, helping elevate design standards and create user experiences for millions of car owners. Your work will shape how users interact with core products across insurance, safety, and repairs, and will support future product evolution.

Accountabilities

• Lead design for key product areas across insurance, safety, and repairs.
• Ship 0→1 features that modernize car care for everyday drivers.
• Collaborate with research, product, and data to turn insights into impactful designs.
• Create seamless user experiences that improve engagement and retention.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system for consistency and scalability.
• Integrate AI capabilities to streamline and personalize the user experience.
• Set benchmarks for UX and visual design through clarity and craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, UX principles, and consumer-oriented products.
• 12+ years of product design experience across mobile and web.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initial research through launch and iteration.
• Experience building and refining design systems, partnering closely with engineering.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to align diverse teams.
