Sr. Designer II – Discovery

Join a team in the Retail & Consumer Goods space as a Sr. Designer II focused on Discovery. You will turn data into actionable insights, improve visibility and decision-making, and partner across business, technical, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design vision for cross-functional initiatives from definition through delivery
  • Tackle high-stakes design challenges and frame solutions
  • Develop research strategies to better understand global shopper behaviors
  • Create high-quality design artifacts that establish design standards
  • Govern and evolve the design system to support scalability and accessibility
  • Partner strategically with leadership across Product, Engineering, and Data Science
  • Mentor and develop designers to strengthen design culture

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, especially in e-commerce
  • Demonstrated strategic design leadership with measurable business impact
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills; ability to set standards
  • Deep experience managing large-scale design systems with governance
  • Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies and research practices
  • Excellent communication skills and strong executive influence
  • In-depth knowledge of accessibility standards and global usability requirements
