Sr Delivery Manager

Role: Sr Delivery Manager

Senior individual contributor reporting to the Director of Engineering, acting as the connective tissue across multiple delivery teams.

What you’ll do

• Drive predictable, high-quality delivery across engineering teams building an Intelligent Document Management System (IDMS) and a next-generation web application.
• Enable Microsoft 365 integrations so NetDocuments is available within the tools customers use daily.
• Turn strategy into predictable delivery across multiple teams; model and clear cross-team dependencies.
• Build transparency using flow metrics and outcome reporting.
• Establish and improve planning and execution through modern continuous-delivery practices and systems thinking.
• Use DORA-style measures and delivery-health metrics to shift focus from output to outcomes.
• Provide leadership with program health insights and actionable recommendations linked to product strategy and business value.
• Unblock teams by identifying and removing impediments; escalate when needed.
• Mentor and develop other Delivery Managers; demonstrate servant-leadership while managing stakeholders from engineers to executives.
• Partner with peers in Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure cohesive, outcome-driven platform delivery.

Requirements / profile

• Deep expertise in modern continuous-delivery practices.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to manage cross-team dependencies.
• Servant-leadership mindset; stakeholder management at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience mentoring/developing other delivery leaders (Delivery Managers).

Nice to have

• Experience applying DORA metrics and flow/outcome measurement in delivery organizations.
• Experience working closely with Product and Design for outcome-driven delivery.
