  • Build end-to-end AI/ML workflows:
    • source ingestion & preparation
    • training & tuning
    • experimentation & productionization
    • downstream integration (e.g., EHR modules, microservices, dashboards)
  • Support iterative model development and production operations, including observability for accuracy, drift, bias, fairness, and reproducibility.

  • Familiarity with modern ML/compute libraries/frameworks: Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
  • Ability to build production APIs and services, including MCP servers exposing internal data/services to LLMs.
  • Collaborative, dependable mindset; comfort asking questions and iterating.
  • Comfort using AI tools day-to-day and willingness to improve processes continuously.

Nice-to-haves / Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, EHR systems, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with AWS/GCP, dbt, Airflow, Airbyte, and Redshift/BigQuery.
