Sr Data Analyst- Remote

Role: Senior Analyst, Sales Analytics

As a Senior Analyst in Sales Analytics, you will help the Sales Information and Analytics team analyze field sales performance trends, field orders, and related sales issues for field management, Finance, and Senior Leadership. You will identify meaningful trends, recommend actions, and improve the team’s reporting resources, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reporting resources.
• Create and deliver executive sales dashboards for monthly Senior Sales Management reviews.
• Become a subject matter expert on Stryker’s Azure system; lead regular meetings with IS partners to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to support Power BI report development.
• Calculate monthly field sales performance and support Senior Sales Management recognition tools.
• Lead quarterly audits of current processes to improve data accuracy and ease of report use.
• Support annual national sales with materials for learning and team marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations or data analytics.

Preferred

• Power BI experience.

Remote/On-site

• Role is described as onsite, but fully remote may be available for exceptional candidates.
