Sr. Data Analyst- Remote

Role overview

Sr. Data Analyst (Remote) at Sharecare. You will oversee the integrity and timeliness of data operations by using proactive research, deep analysis of complex problems, and close collaboration with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data intake, delivery, and quality from customers
• Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies/anomalies; communicate findings to the right stakeholders
• Design and execute database queries for internal and external analytical needs
• Monitor incoming data for trends and proactively flag issues
• Support eligibility, healthcare claims, pharmacy data, and other external data used for account, processing, and reporting
• Build and enhance enterprise BI dashboards used internally and externally
• Add data validation and develop/extend tests to ensure clean, efficient data flows
• Provide analytical support for reports, critical ad hoc reporting, and root-cause analysis (impact, size, and prioritization)
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, and Analytics plus external development/testing teams
• Document requirements, issues, and recommendations for future enhancements related to customer data analysis

Requirements

• Extensive experience with SQL
• Strong experience with data visualization / BI tools
• Ability to solve complex business problems with data using Python (e.g., scripting repeatable/parameterized tasks)
• Strong analytical skills: root cause determination, impact assessment, and prioritization

Nice-to-haves (implied by scope)

• Experience working with healthcare/member eligibility and claims data
• Experience developing data validation tests and supporting data operations (validation/signoff, data fixes)
