Sr. Data Analyst

Role Overview

Sr. Data Analyst (multiple positions) supporting the ReadyRefresh business at Primo Brands in Northbrook, IL (telework up to 3 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Support ReadyRefresh by maximizing the value of the technology stack and systems across functions.
• Perform descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics using SQL, Azure, Power BI, and MS Excel (statistical models / industry tools).
• Build automated data solutions and enable self-service data frameworks for data consumers.
• Translate business needs into tools, techniques, metrics, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Answer data inquiries in real time to support business and technical teams.
• Provide analytical insights to enable growth strategies for ReadyRefresh.
• Establish and adhere to data quality management principles, including metadata, lineage, and business definitions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of analysis/reporting experience with data warehouse and data mart concepts.
• 5+ years with MS SQL Server or Oracle.
• 5+ years with BI data analysis and/or visualization tools.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Excel, including PowerQuery and PowerPivot.
• 3+ years quantitative analysis and statistical modeling.
• 3+ years developing ETL solutions.
• 3+ years with M (Power Query) or DAX.
• 3+ years cloud data migration/storage experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• 2+ years experience in the high-volume CPG distribution industry.
• 2+ years Root Cause Analysis for Customer Retention.
• 2+ years using Python for business solutions and textual analysis/pattern recognition.
• 2+ years productivity analysis of direct operations and sales.

Location / Telework

• Telework acceptable up to 3 days per week.
