Sr Data Analyst

Role Overview

Senior Data Analyst specializing in forecasting & yield optimization for a publisher network. The role builds models to maximize performance by predicting attribution outcomes, optimizing inventory yield, and delivering actionable insights through analytics and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine forecasting models to predict attribution outcomes by hotel, publisher, and time period
• Create yield optimization frameworks to allocate publisher inventory and maximize client ROI
• Integrate data from attribution, publisher metrics, seasonality, and external signals
• Produce reports and insights to guide decision-making across teams
• Build dashboards and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with product and engineering teams to embed models into the platform for scalable deployment

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience in data science, forecasting, or yield management
• Expertise in time series forecasting and modeling, including ARIMA, Prophet, and/or Neural Networks
• Strong optimization skills (optimization algorithms)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python and/or R
• Experience integrating large datasets from multiple sources (attribution and performance metrics)
• Strong communication skills to translate technical results into business impact

Nice-to-Haves

• (Implied) Experience with large-scale analytics workflows across product/engineering teams in adtech

Compensation & Work Setup

• $125,000–$160,000 annually (dependent on experience and location)
