About the role
Role Overview
Senior Data Analyst on the Research & Analytics team supporting enrollment operations. You will analyze member and enrollment data across Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, and Duals to identify and resolve data issues, build reporting/dashboards, and support compliance needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze enrollment and member data; investigate data issues and fix data when needed
- Design and implement data processes and solutions for analytics, modeling, and predictive use cases
- Apply statistical analysis to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to define requirements and understand business problems
- Develop information tools, algorithms, dashboards, and queries to monitor and improve business performance
- Take solutions from initial concept through testing and production deployment; communicate results to broad audiences
- Compile and manage large datasets; extract and combine data from multiple systems/applications
- Set up monitoring, tracking, and trending processes using multiple tools/systems
- Produce clear reports and analysis summaries for management and support executive decision-making
- Research and analyze report results to identify opportunities and trends
- Consolidate data from multiple sources (including manual processing when needed)
- Support management and teammates with data-related requests
Requirements
- Advanced SQL
- Power BI
- SSRS
- Azure Databricks
- Enrollment experience
- Eligibility and member data experience
- EDI (834) transaction experience
- Independent work with limited supervision across data compilation, management, analysis, and reporting
- Ability to extract/compile large datasets from multiple systems
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Python
- R
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred over associate)
- 5–7 years of relevant experience (preferred vs. 3–5 required)
