Role Overview

Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst at BECU. You will help shape how enterprise data is structured, transformed, and delivered so business users can generate meaningful insights for decision-making. This role is not just reporting or pipeline consumption—it focuses on designing scalable, robust, and secure BI solutions.

Impact You’ll Make

• Influence how BECU leverages data to improve operations and enhance the member experience.
• Use knowledge of modern and traditional data warehouse concepts, data flows, and modeling to deliver reliable BI solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design scalable data solutions: Shape data models, structures, and transformation logic for accurate and consistent enterprise reporting.
• Own end-to-end delivery: Lead the full lifecycle—requirements gathering, data mapping, solution design, validation, and implementation.
• Bridge business & technology: Translate complex stakeholder needs into structured, data-driven solutions aligned with system capabilities.
• Partner on data systems & architecture: Work with data engineering/technology teams to align pipelines, warehouse structures, and reporting layers to business objectives.
• Ensure data integrity & flow: Improve data lineage, system interactions, and data quality to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement: Identify gaps in data structure, accessibility, and usability.

Requirements / Eligibility

• Candidates must be residents of: WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.
• Commute expectation (if applicable): If located in Washington state and within reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, attend HQ Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
• Remote option: Candidates outside the commute distance may work remote in approved locations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target pay range: $128,900–$157,500 annually.
• Full pay range: $99,900–$186,400 annually.
• Performance-based incentives may be available.
