About the role
Role Overview
Sr BP Program Manager responsible for leading large-scale business process transformation and enterprise system adoption in a healthcare technology environment. You will align business operations, IT, and technical enablement teams to drive global service and repair system delivery, continuous improvement, and user adoption across regions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery for business process adoption and enterprise system evolution.
- Coordinate across business, IT, technical enablement, and regional stakeholders to ensure visibility, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for service operations, repair workflows, and enterprise business system implementation/optimization.
- Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements; translate operational needs into system capabilities and development roadmaps.
- Establish governance structures (backlog prioritization, executive reporting, risk management, decision frameworks, progress tracking).
- Drive global process harmonization and support onboarding across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Lead UAT, stakeholder communications, change management, training strategies, and post-deployment stabilization to ensure adoption and operational continuity.
- Partner with technical/operational teams to identify dependencies, resolve issues proactively, and deliver scalable globally aligned solutions.
- Support financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development to guide investment decisions.
- Oversee data governance initiatives, master data quality improvements, and operational reporting standards.
- Monitor program progress, manage risks/escalations, and provide regular leadership updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 5 years.
- Strong experience leading enterprise system implementations, digital transformation programs, or large-scale operational initiatives.
- Experience in service operations / field service / repair lifecycle management or related operational environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with geographically distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to translate operational business requirements into structured system specifications and prioritized backlogs.
- Experience with change management, training development, UAT, and post-deployment support.
- Strong governance knowledge (risk management, executive reporting, prioritization processes, program controls).
- Familiarity with financial modeling and ROI / business value assessment.
