About the role
Role Overview
Sr AI Engineer II – AI Platform, focused on Revenue Operations AI & Data. You will build production-grade generative AI applications that power Samsara’s go-to-market (GTM) engine, helping sellers find the right customers with the right message at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of production-grade generative AI applications powering the GTM engine
- Build GenAI tools for outreach at scale (high-quality message generation)
- Develop seller copilots that surface CRM insights and sales knowledge in real time
- Enable voice and chat interfaces for more natural customer engagement
- Work hands-on across the stack (from model experimentation to app development and infrastructure)
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales leadership, Product, and Engineering teams
- Rapidly test ideas and scale impact across the company
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering, applied machine learning, or AI product development
- Demonstrated success building and deploying production-ready AI/ML applications, especially generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, and related techniques)
