Sr. Agile Coach

Role Overview

Sr. Agile Coach on the Agile Enablement team, driving Agile delivery excellence across the enterprise. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, programs, and teams while providing hands-on coaching to improve Agile practices, delivery outcomes, and organizational maturity.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Agile ceremonies, practices, and values across the enterprise.
• Support Agile transformation scope, standardize Agile processes and best practices, and enable scalable execution.
• Explain the “why” behind Agile ways of working and conduct maturity assessments.
• Coach teams and programs to deliver business value through effective Agile product management and delivery.
• Provide role-based coaching on Agile ceremonies, practices, values, and responsibilities.
• Promote consistent adoption of tools and planning practices, including Azure DevOps and Project/Planning Interval Planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent corporate work experience.
• 5+ years of IT experience.
• 2+ years of Agile Coaching experience.
• One or more Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO, SAFe).
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Exceptional writing/editorial skills.

Travel / Location

• Remote work from home position.
• Travel to Chattanooga, TN approximately 2–3 times/year.
• Preference for candidates within a 2–3 hour driving range of Chattanooga, TN.
• Final-round interviews will be onsite in Chattanooga, TN.
