About the role

Sr. Account Manager

Kobie is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support and optimize one of Kobie’s key accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client management, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive operational and strategic activities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client, maintaining frequent, proactive communication.
  • Provide cross-functional insights, recommendations, and feedback as a trusted advisor on client goals and challenges.
  • Own client services planning, including:
    • 90-day planning cadence and agreed planning cycles
    • Weekly/monthly check-ins, planning meetings, 1:1s
    • Exec check-ins between senior stakeholders and EBRs
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, follow-up reports, client presentations, and weekly updates.
  • Develop and manage account plans and strategic/technical roadmaps to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide program expertise to guide cross-functional Kobie and client teams across initiatives and workstreams.
  • Support optimization of the client’s loyalty program (e.g., bonus offer planning, measurement, and reporting).
  • Handle and manage client requests/changes to administrative program functions (e.g., earn rules configuration and logic changes).
  • Manage issue escalation, resolution coordination, and client communication with technology operations.
  • Coordinate internal planning (estimates, timelines) and track project progress/status for on-time delivery.
  • Manage account administration including Jira time tracking, resource allocation/forecasting, invoicing, and invoice review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in marketing or loyalty.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles; promotional and CRM experience preferred.
  • Background managing operational workstreams and KPIs (e.g., customer inquiries/call center).
  • Proven ability to support clients across global footprints (preferred).
  • Experience in loyalty rewards fulfillment is strongly preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting loyalty program execution and fulfillment operations.
  • Experience managing complex client programs with multiple stakeholders.
