Specialist Engineer Survey

Role Overview

Join Nexans as a Specialist Engineer (Survey). You will evaluate survey proposals, define required survey equipment and personnel, and contribute survey inputs to project and engineering documentation. You will collaborate with other marine disciplines and support QA and HSE activities.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Evaluate survey proposals and determine required scope for installation vessel survey activities.
• Specify survey equipment and personnel needed for installation vessels.
• Provide survey input to documentation such as:
  • procedures
  • plans
  • analyses and calculations
  • other relevant technical documents
• Collaborate with other marine disciplines across the project.
• Participate in QA and HSE activities both within the department and in projects.

Location / Work Model

• Full remote with connection to Milton Keynes, GB (posting also mentions Edinburgh, UK).
