Sourcing Manager - Spices & Herbs - Indonesia

Role overview

You will be Sourcing Manager for Spices & Herbs at Hubcycle. The role focuses on increasing business velocity by rapidly gaining access to strategic suppliers, managing the sourcing lifecycle, and owning negotiations.

Key missions

• Apply an effective procurement strategy to improve access to strategic supply flows.
• Map, prioritize, and sample products, while managing the full supplier lifecycle.
• Lead supplier negotiations, including supplier positioning, closing, and driving strong B2B negotiation outcomes.

Requirements (Must-haves)

• 7–10 years of experience sourcing raw materials in the Spices & Herbs category.
• Education in agronomy is essential (or compensable with strong technical knowledge gained through experience).
• Solid knowledge of food industry processes and practices.
• Ability to take on new markets and learn new knowledge; proactive and solution-oriented.

Nice-to-haves

• Circular economy mindset.
• Knowledge of extraction/adsorption columns (resin-based) used in nutraceuticals.

Skills & working style

• Autonomous, rigorous, proactive, detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset under stress.
• Fluent in French or English (mastery of both is preferred).
