About the role

Role Overview

As a Solutions Engineer (SE) at Testkube, you’ll own the technical journey from first touch through customer success. This role goes beyond demos—you will guide technical evaluations, support POCs, and help drive adoption for customers using cloud-native testing orchestration.

You’ll Work With

A small, experienced team of Account Executives
Customers’ DevOps, Platform, and QA/SDET practitioners and leadership
A customer-facing DevOps deployment support team (so you can focus on solution architecture and relationships)

Responsibilities

Account ownership (First Touch → Success):
- Participate in discovery and lead deep-dive demos
- Manage technical evaluation and validate technical win paths
POC Support:
- Align success criteria
- Consult on architecture and evaluation plans
- Provide enablement and remove technical roadblocks
- Engage relevant stakeholders
Voice of the Customer:
- Collect feedback and use cases to influence product decisions
- Share patterns and learnings across the customer/user base
Success & Adoption:
- Partner with the Account Manager to ensure adoption goes beyond the POC
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other SEs to share knowledge and ensure team-wide wins

Requirements

2+ years in a Solutions Engineering role
Proven track record supporting multi-month POCs
Experience working with formal POCs (not just trials)
Strong soft skills: high EQ, great storytelling, and ability to communicate with both senior engineers and senior leadership

Technical Requirements (familiarity with at least one in priority order)

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker architectures
Experience with managed Kubernetes platforms such as EKS, GKE, VKS
Experience building test automation pipelines or infrastructure
Deep understanding of CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Argo CD, GitHub
Or a proven track record of quickly learning new technologies
