Solutions Architect - UK

Role Overview

As a Solutions Architect (UK) at Pigment, you’ll work directly with customers to transform business planning challenges—often starting from spreadsheets and existing tools—into sophisticated multi-dimensional models and Pigment applications.

What You’ll Do

• Work with customers daily to understand business requirements and document them.
• Design and build Pigment applications that map to customer needs.
• Train and co-build with customers so they become self-sufficient in the solution.
• Participate in and/or lead UAT and deployments.
• Integrate source systems using connectors and APIs, including migration solutions.
• Act as the bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team to help shape the platform.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve planning methodologies and processes.

Who You Are

• Exceptionally skilled at building complex systems and explaining them so they’re easy to use and maintain.
• Comfortable working with high volumes of unstructured data, including structuring and validation.
• A strong learner across new domains and diverse customer use cases.
• Skilled at building trusted relationships with empathy.
• A strategic thinker who can thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
• Able to manage multiple objectives with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English; French and/or additional European languages are a plus.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
