About the role

Join Transmit Security, a leader in digital identity solutions. As a Partner Engineer, you will be the technical point of contact for strategic partners, providing hands-on engineering support and ensuring secure, scalable integrations. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams, translating partner feedback into product requirements and building partner-facing technical assets. This role requires a background in identity, CIAM, security, or fraud prevention technologies, strong coding skills, and excellent communication abilities. Profile: - Background in identity, CIAM, security, or fraud prevention technologies - Comfortable working with external partners and influencing without authority - Ability to write production-quality code in one or more languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Go) - Solid understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns - Excellent communication skills — able to bridge business, product, and engineering teams - Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, and modern authentication flows (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA, passwordless) - Customer-Centric: Prioritizes customer relationships and continuously seeks to understand and meet their evolving needs - Resilience & Growth Mindset: Maintains drive through setbacks, continuously learning and evolving - Entrepreneurial Spirit: Treats the role as a business owner, taking initiative and ownership - Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (SE, Marketing, Legal, etc.) and externally with customers - Integrity: Ethical and transparent approach in all interactions
