Role overview

As a Solutions Architect (Partner Engineer) at Transmit Security, you’ll be the technical point of contact for strategic partners. You’ll provide hands-on engineering support to ensure secure, scalable partner integrations, and translate partner feedback into product requirements and partner-facing technical assets.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical contact for strategic partners, facilitating integration of Transmit Security APIs and SDKs.
Deliver practical engineering support, including:
- Examples of code and reference architectures
- Integration reviews
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.

Requirements

Background in identity, CIAM, security, or fraud prevention technologies.
Comfortable working with external partners, influencing without formal authority.
Ability to write production-quality code in one or more languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Go).
Solid understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns.
Excellent communication skills to bridge business, product, and engineering.
Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, and modern authentication flows, including:
- OAuth, OIDC, SAML
- MFA and passwordless authentication
Customer-centric mindset and ability to learn and grow through setbacks.
Strong collaboration skills across teams (e.g., SE, Marketing, Legal) and with external customers.
High integrity and ethical communication.
